As a new mother, there are things that I wish I have learned before hand. Here are some useful information on breastfeeding. InshaAllah it will benefit other new mother and reverts.
Alhamdulillah I was given the opportunity to travel and consequently it was easy for me accept changes ( new ideas, ways). In a way, compromising became a part of my life (except on principles). Naturally, change for the better is good and I won’t even consider changing to or accepting the bad.
I have to say that I don’t really remember sleeping well after almost the first month of Mohammad’s arrival. As a newborn, he would wake only to take feed and can sleep about 3 hours or more (Alhamdulillah). Near the 2nd month, he became a colic baby with hernia. Like most new mothers, I too waited for things to settle down after the 3rd month (as reassured by many mothers). Now he is almost 5 months and still the better sleeping days did not come.
Little Monkey has been practicing turning! MashaAllah he can turn from his back to his front… However, he gets stuck! After enough struggling, he would eventually cry out for help and I would rush to the rescue! Onto your back we go!
I received this gift from Anees when little Monkey was a month old. It was a beautiful hat mashaallah and she made it by hand. She is most talented in these arts and crafts (not to mention that she is fast too mashaAllah)! I totally loved the gift and was very sad to find out soon after receiving it that it was too small for little Monkey!!!
AARRRRRRHHHHHHHHHHH… was my first reaction! Well, inshaAllah I will get to put it on his siblings to come. LOL!
